Classroom

Teachers need volunteers of all kinds. Some volunteers help in the classroom weekly, while some help chaperone field trips. Maybe you're a whiz with the copy machine? Join our SES family, the staff and teachers need your help!

Join a Committee

The FSO supports special events and programs that require parents to serve on special committees. Run an event, welcome new families or set-up a book fair! We have many ways you can help!

From Home

Time is scarce, but volunteers are always needed to help with special projects (cutting, pasting, assembling for example). There's also always a need for parents who can make phone calls and source information. Volunteer on your own terms and support SES!

Special Talents

Do you have special talents to share with our SES community? Think about volunteering on a special committee or sharing with our students on Career Day! Whatever your special talent is, we'd love for you to volunteer!

We recognize that when our children are younger, we just want to be in the moment; we want to enjoy fun stuff! There's inevitably the inner struggle between wanting to help, but not wanting to miss out by running events or spending weekends behind a computer to help out. That's why we're focusing our efforts on #JustGive30 in our organization. Just give 30 is the the mindset that if every parent gave 30 minutes of their time, we'd all get to enjoy those special moments with our children! Whether you can work a booth for 30 minutes, or donate 30 minutes to help pass out supplies, we know that your small contribution means that more parents get to spend quality time with their child(ren). Can you spare 30 minutes this school-year?

"Volunteers don’t get paid, not because they’re worthless, but because they’re priceless.” – Sherry Anderson

“Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.” – Elizabeth Andrew
